Cheshire Mills, located in Harrisville, NH, consists of several interconnected brick and granite mill buildings with a total floor area of ______ square feet. Owned by Historical Harrisville, Inc., mill buildings are National Historic Landmark buildings. They are being renovated by Historic Harrisville to provide commercial, industrial and office space. Instead of retaining the antiquated and insufficient steam heater system as is so often done, Historical Harrisville opted for a new hydronic heat system. These are two new oil fired high efficiency Buderus boilers and a pumped hyronic system to a variety of terminal units including industrial finned tube radiation unit heaters and fan-coil vents. There is provision for adding a chiller in the future to provide coolers. Controls are DDC.
