The College of the Atlantic – Campus Center is a proposed 20,000 square foot Student Center. The project has been designed to be extremely energy efficient and is currently in the fund raising phase.

Mechanical system features include wood pellet boilers, a four-pipe hydronic heating and cooling system featuring valance convectors in offices and energy recovery units serving meeting and dining rooms. Hydronic piping is sized to minimize pump power requirements. The ventilation system includes CO 2 demand control of ventilation air.
